Retina Fellows Retreat is a first of its kind program in India which is meant to bridge the gap between your retina surgical training and the real-world practice. The topics covered will be the ones which we do not talk about routinely in our clinics and operating rooms like setting up your VR practice, finances involved, loan complexities, getting the best equipment suited to your budget and practice, hiring essential staff, negotiating your 1st salary, optimizing use of consumables, getting the required accreditations for your setup, avenues to upskill yourself and many more. The program will begin with an informal dinner on 24th March 2023 and end with lunch on 26th March 2023.
